Vintage silk sourced from the collection of a Italian tailor working in Sydney in the 1950s-2000s. Small muted check in teal, burnt orange, powder blue, and neutral beige. Probably from the 70s.
Dropped shoulder, box pleat in back, Darts for bust shaping from shoulder seams. Vintage mother of pearl buttons. Handsewn buttonholes and much of the seaming. Check matching wherever possible, including for front pocket. Bound seams on the inside. For reference, Danique is 1.69 m and is wearing an ~M (63 cm length, 54 cm width, 46 cm neck hem to sleeve).
Dry-cleaning is preferable, but a spot-cleaning with cool handwashing & delicate soap is also ok.
